From empty room to signed-off ready.
Map your zones
Break the space into the zones your team already thinks in — stage, lobby, kitchen, booth.
Helpers join by scanning a code
No download, no login. A QR code on the wall or a printed sheet gets anyone on the crew into the right zone in seconds.
Watch zones go green
Coordinators see live progress across every zone from one screen.
Work offline without losing anything
The run keeps recording on the device even when the Wi-Fi drops, and syncs when it's back.
Sign off with a record
When the last zone is ready, ReadyFactor generates a readiness report from the run itself — what was done, when, by whom — ready for a signature.
See it running
Watch a run happen.
A helper joins in about ten seconds
Scan the code, say what the team should call you, pick the zone you’re starting in. No app store, no password, no account — and the coordinator sees you arrive.
They work their zone, one task at a time
Each helper sees what to do next, with the detail that matters — where the thing is, what “done” looks like. Checking a task off moves their zone’s progress immediately.
Coordinators watch every zone at once
One screen for the whole building: which zones are moving, which are stuck, who is working where, and how long is left before doors. Sign a zone off and the count moves with it.
The run becomes a report
Every check-off the run recorded, zone by zone — including anything still outstanding. It reports what actually happened, which is the only version worth signing.
Common questions
Do helpers need to create an account?
No. A helper scans the run's QR code and works from their phone's browser — no app store, no password, no personal account. Coordinators are the only people who sign in.
What happens when the Wi-Fi drops?
The run keeps recording on the device and syncs when the connection returns. Nothing a helper checks off is lost.
What does the readiness report include?
Everything the run recorded — what was done, when, and by whom, zone by zone — with a signature line for the venue or client.
